TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
Then the LORD asked Moses, “Who makes a person’s mouth?…Is it not I, the LORD?”

TODAY’S WORD
Sometimes we almost miss the great things God wants to do in and through us because we talk ourselves out of believing what He says. When God told Moses to go and tell Pharaoh to free God’s people from slavery, Moses said, “I can’t do that. I’m not a good speaker.” God’s response was a question: “Moses, who made your tongue?” He was saying, “I’ve already put in you exactly what you need. Take a step of faith, and you’ll discover gifts inside that you’ve never realised are there.” Don’t let the size of your dreams or the challenges to your dreams intimidate you. And don’t let naysayers discourage you from pressing forward. You have to realise that God will never put a dream in your heart without first equipping you with everything you need to accomplish it. If you feel that you don’t have the necessary wisdom, talent, or resources, remind yourself that God has matched you with your world. Do as Moses did and keep taking steps of faith, and God will do the rest.

A PRAYER FOR TODAY
“FATHER, thank You for the gifts and talents You put in me to accomplish my dream. Thank You that I don’t have to feel I have everything I need in order to move forward. I declare that I will keep taking steps of faith and trust You to get me to where You want me to be. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
